Discovered within an abandoned porcelain teacup, this remarkable micro-ecosystem exhibits a complete biosphere in miniature scale. The specimen contains diminutive ferns, moss carpets, and what appears to be a functioning water cycle sustained by morning condensation. Most fascinating are the microscopic inhabitants—tiny arthropods and what I believe to be previously unknown species of miniature gastropods flourishing in this ceramic habitat.
